OUR REFUND POLICY:

👉 UNOPENED, UNUSED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

We will happily offer full refunds on all items that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging.

Email us at help@cosmelegance.com within 14 days of delivery to let us know you would like to return your item(s) and then return the item(s) to us within 28 days of delivery.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. This includes a refund of the standard delivery cost for sending the item(s) to you.

Cosmelegance do not process fees or charges related to importing of goods, and therefore are unable to support refunds of any duties or tax paid by you. Please contact your local tax office for assistance.

👉 OPENED AND USED ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund opened and used items (unless your order is faulty or if you have had an adverse reaction to it, in which case see below for help and info).

This is because we’re unable to re-sell a beauty product that has previously been opened and used due to strict hygiene regulations. We hope you understand.

👉 FAULTY ITEM OR ADVERSE REACTION:

In the rare instance that your item is faulty or if you have had an adverse reaction to it, please email us immediately before returning your order to us, so that we can help resolve this for you: help@cosmelegance.com (please include as much information about the issue as possible and attach photos of the faulty/incorrect items or adverse reaction).

Don’t worry! Instead, we kindly ask that you write the information below, clearly on a piece of paper, in the following order:

Important: Please ensure all the returns information above is written clearly and included inside your parcel when you send your item(s) back to us,

👉 STEP 2: PACKAGE & LABEL YOUR RETURNS

We recommend, if possible, that you use the same packaging that your order arrived in, removing or covering any previous labels

Or, if it’s more economical for you, please use a smaller package, to reduce the cost of your postage.

Once packaged, please label the front of your parcel with the following returns address:

👉 STEP 3: POST YOUR RETURNS PACKAGE

Take your returns package to your local postal service.

We kindly ask you to cover the cost of returning your purchase(s), since our returns do not include prepaid shipping.

Please use the most economical shipping service available to you – and keep your shipping receipt!

Should you wish to return your purchase(s) with a tracked service, we kindly ask that you take note of your tracking information and receipt as we won’t be able to track or monitor this for you.

👉 HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY REFUND?

Depending on which country you are returning your items from, and the postal service you have used, it can take up to 20 working days for international returns to reach us (if returning from outside of the UK).

As soon as we have received your returned items, we will check your items and process your refund to your original payment method. This can take up to five working days.

HOW TO GET AN EXCHANGE

You can exchange any unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Email us at help@cosmelegance.com to let us know you’d like to exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Then simply return the item(s) unopened and unused, in their original packaging, within 28 days of delivery. We will then process a full refund (see our refund policy and returns instructions above), and then you can re-order your new choice.
